EasyPay does not charge late fees for timely payments. However, in case of missed payments, a late fee is applied, capped at 25% of the purchase price or a maximum of BDT 7,276. EasyPay takes measures to help users avoid late fees by sending reminders before the due date and alerts for failed payments.

If the payment remains unpaid seven days after the due date, an additional fee of up to BDT 749 may apply. For instance, a BDT 6,420 order with four BDT 1,605 instalments will incur an initial late fee of BDT 1,070 and an additional BDT 534 if the payment remains unpaid seven days after the due date. However, the additional fee is reduced to BDT 749 due to the total late fee cap of 25% of the order price, BDT 1,605.
For orders under BDT 4,280: The maximum late fee is BDT 1,070 and will be charged only once. For example, a BDT 2,140 order with four BDT 535 instalments will incur a one-off late fee of BDT 535.

When paying in 4 instalments with EasyPay, it's always interest-free, and no late fees apply for timely payments. However, if a payment is missed, a late fee will be charged, and your EasyPay account will be paused until the balance is settled. Rest assured, there is no interest charged on your purchases.
Initially, EasyPay sets spending limits at around BDT 32,100, gradually increasing with regular on-time payments. New customers have lower spending limits compared to long-term responsible users. Each transaction is assessed based on your repayment ability. Consistent on-time payments can lead to higher spending limits over time, reflecting a positive repayment history. The longer you've been using EasyPay responsibly, the more likely your spending limit will increase.
